yesterday in the auditorium of the University of Calabria was previewed as part of the study conference "Enotri and Brett in Magna Grecia"
- Ways and forms of cultural interaction -, the virtual exhibition which will start officially in September hosted by various museums. E 'have created a position for stereoscopic vision (with 3D glasses for instance) of numerous archaeological reconstructed by 3D scanning and subsequent work up on the texturing. For the project, I realized the commands down to the user interface and the image of Calabria, which serves as the main menu. The more difficult part of the work was done by me in finding an appropriate color scheme, as with the projectors, the dynamic range is quite limited. For the rest, in the short time he had available, is coming off one thing that definitely will not go unnoticed. If you happen, put on your glasses and check it out! You can also visit the website designed by me (still unfinished) URL: http://enotriebrettii.unical.it

Let me point this thing important enough that a friend kindly referred me (personally I did not know that this problem would involve so many people). It does not take much to understand the discomfort of people who are suffering from this disorder. For those who are in the area, also an opportunity to spend an evening at a musical show interesting.

Tuesday, June 19, at 17.00 and 21.00 hours, at the IMAX, "Don Bosco" di Roma, Via Publius Valerius, the music company "Swing and Tap" will present "atmosphere of another era, an elegant and refined performance of swing music and tap dance.
The primary objective of the show sponsored by the National President of Finca is:
-defeating culture of not knowing;
re-learn that you can;
-disclose the existence of an association of patients;
- resourcing.
It is estimated that Italian citizens suffering from urinary and fecal incontinence are more than 3 million.
incontinence involves a strong discomfort disabling both hygienic and social, behavioral and psychological, in fact, all these factors lead to isolation and shame in accepting the new conditions of life.
In this civic duty and no one should evade the human, helping the Italian Federation of incontinence.
Given the purpose of our initiative, it feeds every confidence that you will want to contribute to the success of the event, by purchasing some tickets whose nominal price is 15.00 euros each.
It 'important to remember that as an alternative to show all your free gift will be pleasing to the Federation.
In any case you will be contacted by our volunteers to your home by appointment.

Blueprints On A Small Catapult
Effect "pencil sketch"
a quickie tutorial for my students in engineering:-P
This is just one of the possible methods.
Step 1.
Start by opening a photo portrait, on the File menu -> Open.
Step 2.
Duplicate image layer by dragging it on the icon at the bottom of the Layers palette "creates a new level." The new level should be above the original. Rename the lower the "original" and the top "copy". Hide the original one for now by clicking the eye icon in the Layers palette. Select the layer "copy" and go to the MENU IMAGE -> ADJUSTMENTS -> desaturation, or follow the following keyboard shortcuts:
PC: 'Ctrl + Shift + U' = Desaturate
Mac: 'Cmd + Shift + U '= Desaturate
the image is desaturated.
Step 3.
Now duplicate the layer "copy" (unsaturated), and then select it and go to the MENU IMAGE -> Adjustments -> Invert or alternatively with the keyboard shortcuts:
PC: 'Ctrl + I' = Reverse
Mac: 'Cmd + I = Invert
So the image looks
Step 4.
Now select the layer "inverted" (the top) and from the drop-down list to the blend mode layer (blending layers) selected from the menu descent "color dodge" (for the Italian version you need look in the screenshot to the left order). Still, the keyboard shortcuts:
PC: 'Alt + Shift + D' = Color Dodge
Mac: 'Option + Shift + D' = Color Dodge
Here are the results seem to be the ... dots to be joined dell'enigmistica ?:-).. true but do not worry, now we get to the good.
Step 5.
Finally, taking the top layer still selected go to Filter menu -> Blur -> Gaussian Blur (Gaussian blur) and "play" with a value of "Radius". In my case, a value between 5 and 8 works pretty well :-). Et voila!
Step 6.
... Of course, then such experience can be made more interesting by giving prominence to the image that already look lovely ;-) gave them to her green eyes?! Ok, I've done them to him :-) blue (if you do not see right, click on image to view larger)
Ops ... I forgot to write what I did for this step by ... ok, so you are good: - P
